WHAT PARTICIPANTS ARE SAYING:
“Ed – Thank You so much for the uplifting message today, I personally needed it and know that many people within the Team shared several positive comments as well. The message hit straight to the heart.
There is a big task at hand and it will be an uphill battle but I’m hopeful that everyone took one lesson away from our session today to boost morale, I know I took several lessons away and felt GREAT all day.
I know we can achieve extraordinary results if we work together as TEAM and understand that change is necessary to take this operation to the next level. There isn’t a single person in this office that doesn’t have the ability to have a positive impact on what we do to deliver superior results. I encourage you to take part in helping us determine the appropriate course, as the refinements take place – accept the course and we can rise above anything!”
“Thank You for the great day at Knott’s. Ed was a great speaker and I thought his message was great!!! Thank you again.”
“I can’t thank you enough for your participation in our event today – You were FANTASTIC!!! You know it touched my heart and so many others as well. I truly appreciated your comments and passion for the subject, you went above and beyond any change message I could have delivered so it was awesome! I look forward to additional sessions in Alhambra and Modesto, the staff will enjoy it.”
“Your presence was greatly appreciated. You REALLY touched us especially OUR graduates. Thank you again.”
“I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your presentation yesterday. I learned a great deal and I’ve been looking back through the materials on and off all morning. I liked what you said about ‘where is your passion?’ I have been listening to audio tapes on ‘Finding Your Passion.’ So, what you said really hit home, it made me realize I really needed to hear this message. I am looking forward to receiving your email materials. Thank you for making this important information available to us.”
“Thank you for such an awesome conference. I enjoyed your three-day seminar. Thank you for your ministry. I thrive off your zeal to push forward you are so powerful keep up this wonderful ministry and I will be in touch.”
“I was very blessed by the empowering preaching and prayer that you delivered. I have been receiving Champion Bytes for a few months now, and I often forward them on to others so they may be blessed as well. I find your style of presentation to be very refreshing. God has blessed you with a unique blend of anointing, compassion, excellence and professionalism…this is a ‘new thing’ that is much needed in the Kingdom. You are diverse enough to speak to any audience, yet anointed to still break yokes of bondage without the unchurched feeling that they are being ‘preached at.’ I pray in Jesus name that the wind will always be at your back.”
In 1989, Ed began organizing the inner city outreach, BLESSFEST, which was a career launchpad for many talented music artists. Teamed with organizations such as the NAACP, First A.M.E. Church, Motown Records and the LA County Board of Supervisors, this production was instrumental in keeping many juveniles out of gangs and prison. After the 1992 Civil Unrest, Blessfest received recognition from Los Angeles Supervisor Yvonne Braithwaite Burke for organizing a unity rally with job workshops that promoted social order and peace.
In 1999, Ed organized STAND UP, a youth rally in the wake of the Columbine High School Shootings in Littleton, Colorado. Hundreds of high school students from Southern California filled the R.O.C. House at Melodyland Christian Center for an awesome time of prayer, worship and evangelism. Guest speakers and performers included Ben Strong—Paducah, KY, Kobe Bryant—First Family Church, rappers from Soul’d out Productions and comedian Nazareth. The event concluded with a powerful banner signing ceremony in which all the students participated and forwarded the banner to Columbine High School along with a letter of support.
In 2009, Ed organized DREAM JOB, a full day of concentrated and intense career enhancement for job seekers to retrain, network and learn how to land their “dream” job! Dream Job provided a powerful, yet practical workforce training environment to enrich people affected by the recession with introductory job, branding and interviewing skills designed to increase their marketability and spark job and business creation.
